We are Australian Registered Migration Consultants registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) MARN 0851410. We are bound by MARA code of conduct.We are Registered Migration Consultants and provide immigration assistance for preparing and lodging applications for Australia.

We do not lodge Refugee visa applications and Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT) appeals.

The Code of Conduct for registered migration agents is set out in legislation to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents. It prescribes our agents  obligations towards our clients.

Provision for a Code of Conduct for migration agents is set out in Section 314 of the Migration Act 1958 and is prescribed in Schedule 2, Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.

What are our Agent obligations under the Code?

Under the Code our agents have a range of obligations covering:

Our Agent interactions with our clients

Our Agent fees and charges, record keeping and financial management

Our Agent responsibilities toward other agents

any employees of organisation

Requirement that our agent respond if a complaint is made against our agent

Another obligation is to prominently display the Code in our agents office and client waiting area. 

Our Agent must also provide clients with a copy of it to keep if client ask for one.

Registered migration agents are required to provide the Consumer Guide (in English) to clients after agreeing to do work for them, but before starting that work
